Our Mission 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Executive to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will support a comprehensive range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll management, and adherence to HR policies and regulations. This position is vital in nurturing a positive work atmosphere and facilitating effective HR operations.

<li>Oversee the complete recruitment cycle (job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding)</li>
<li>Keep employee records, HR databases, and personnel files current and organized</li>
<li>Process monthly payroll, claims, and mandated contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)</li>
<li>Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures</li>
<li>Assist in formulating HR policies, employment letters, and other documentation</li>
<li>Track attendance, manage leave requests, and oversee performance evaluations</li>
<li>Organize training and development programs</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational regulations</li>
<li>Facilitate employee engagement programs and company events</li>
</ul>
