Job Description

  • Payroll: Manage and oversee all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Policy Writing & Implementation: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, company benefits, and other perks.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations matters 
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Employee Engagement: Conduct surveys and analyze data to measure employee engagement levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Administrative: Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes, including documentation, record-keeping, and compliance.
  • Administrative: Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ad-Hoc: Carry out any other ad-hoc responsibilities as necessary. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
