<li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.</li>
</ul>
Sourcing and Networking : 
<ul>
<li>Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through online platforms, industry events, networking, and other creative methods.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other talent pools to attract top talent.</li>
</ul>
Talent Market Insights :
<ul>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and recruitment best practices.</li>
<li>Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and HR team regarding market trends, candidate availability, and competitive positioning.</li>
