<li>Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job description creation, sourcing, and interviews.</li>
<li>Prepare and review employment contracts in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.</li>
<li>Oversee payroll checking, employee attendance, and benefits administration (medical, annual leave, etc.).</li>
<li>Maintain and improve HR databases and ensure confidentiality.</li>
<li>Advise department heads on HR-related matters such as performance, discipline, and employee relations.</li>
<li>Develop and implement HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Plan employee engagement, onboarding, and retention programs to build a positive work culture.</li>
<li>Handle HR reports, communication, and assist in HR audits or statutory compliance.</li>
</ul>
