Job Description

  Location:No. 1-25, 2-25, 3-25, Residensi Park, Bandar Bukit Jalil, Persiaran Bukit Jalil Utama, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala LumpurWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week)Salary:RM 3,800 – RM 5,000 and above (based on experience)Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including developing job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and conducting interviews for key positions.
  • Prepare and review employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Oversee monthly payroll verification, employee attendance, and benefits administration (medical, annual leave, etc.).
  • Maintain and improve HR databases and filing systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support and advise department heads on HR-related matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement, onboarding, and retention programs to build a positive work culture.
  • Handle HR reports, internal communication, and assist in HR audits or statutory compliance matters.

Job Requirements

  Requirements :

  • Proficient in Mandarin (required), with good command of English and Malay to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and management.
  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment, payroll, and HR policy implementation.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
