<p><strong>Position Responsibilities</strong> <br>In this role, you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the day-to-day of People Operations, contribute to meaningful HR projects, and manage employee benefits for Malaysia and Singapore.</p>
<p><strong>Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Improve employee cycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions and offboarding.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely updates in HRMS, Organization Chart and employee e-folder.</li>
<li>Prepare employment-related documents (e.g., correspondent letters, memos, HR reports) if required.</li>
<li>Coordinate HR compliance tasks such as tracking contracts durations, and probation timelines.</li>
<li>Maintain and improve HR policies such as the Employee Handbook, Payroll Framework, and PDPA Policies, keeping them updated to align with business expansion and operational agility.</li>

<p><strong>Projects &amp; Analysis</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and execute HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Automation of HR processes, SOP development).</li>
<li>Manage HR due diligence exercises, collaborating with finance teams and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance if necessary.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations teams to align HR practices with business objectives and expansion plans by producing a step-by-step guide on every People Operations process.</li>
<li>Analyze HR data including but not limited to turnover, retention, absenteeism and prepare dashboards or reports for business decisions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Benefit</strong></p>

<li>Serve as the main contact for employee benefit inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.</li>
<li>Responsible for employee benefits research and improvement such as insurance coverage and petrol cards.</li>
<li>Analyze and monitor employee feedback, benefits usage patterns, and external data for benefit enhancement.</li>
<li>In charge of annual renewal of benefit policies.</li>
<li>Manage SOCSO case administration, including accident reporting, submission of relevant documents, liaising with SOCSO officers, and following up on claims.</li>
