Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in HR operations and talent management within a leading global workforce solutions company. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that impact both our people and the business.


Job Requirements

  

HR Administration:

  • HR documentation: Support in preparation of various HR letters, including certificates of employment, salary adjustments, and redesignations.
  • HRIS: Support the maintenance and updating of HR systems, including employee data creation, changes in employment details, and deactivation of records as needed.
  • Employee lifecycle management: Support in new hire onboarding and resignees offboarding processes, including access management and announcements.
  • Compensation Administration: Support the HR team in preparing bonus and incentive letters, assist in gathering and organizing data for Short-Term Incentive (STI) calculations, and help ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
  • HR Surveys & Insights: Assist in administering employee surveys or pulse checks, compile results, and help generate basic insights to support employee engagement initiatives.

HR Communications:

  • Draft and manage email communications for HR initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain templates for HR communications/initiatives/meetings and reporting to ensure consistency and branding.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Assist in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives, including organizing team events, CSR activities, and festive celebrations, contributing to a positive employee experience.
      

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or related field
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
