We are seeking a proactive HR Admin to support daily HR operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth administrative processes while providing effective support to employees.&nbsp;&nbsp;

<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and resignation/termination documentation.</li>
<li>Support training and development activities, including training registration, attendance tracking or schedule for HR related activities.</li>
<li>Assist in HR reporting and audits when required.</li>
<li>Manage office administration matters such as office supplies, stationery, vendor coordination.</li>
<li>Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) and confidentiality of company documents.</li>
<li>Support in IT coordination: Internal (onboarding arrangement) &amp; external IT Team coordination.</li>
<li>Support daily HR operations and office administration as assigned.</li>
<li>Handle employee data with strict confidentiality and in compliance with PDPA.</li>
</ul>
